Born February 22, 1963 in Lautoka, Fiji. Turned pro in 1982. Fiji’s only world -class golfer. His name means “Victorious Lion” and his nickname is “The Big Fijian”. He is known for his meticulous preparation. In 2004 and 2005 he was #1 in the world for 32 weeks. He is married to Ardena Seth and has one son, Qass Seth born on June 16, 1990. They currently live in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He won three major championships. The Masters in 2000 and the PGA Championship in 1998 & 2004. He was the leading money winner in 2003 and 2004. Vijay was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2006.
