 Personal:

Born September 14, 1972 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Notah is a four-time winner and the only full-blooded Native American on the PGA TOUR (1/2 Navajo, 1/4 San Felipe and 1/4 Isleta). A 3-time All-American and teammate of Tiger Woods at Stanford, Notah earned his degree in Economics in addition to leading the golf team to a National Championship in 1994. Notah is a proud husband to Apryl and father to their daughter, Antonella.

 

In 2002, Notah launched NB3 Consulting, a golf course design consulting firm that works with Native communities around the country.  For more, visit www.nb3consulting.com.

 

In 2005, Notah established the Notah Begay III Foundation -- a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization designed to provide sustainable health and wellness programs for Native American youth.
